We are pleased to announce a new feature to our patients, SECURE on-line access to your medical records. As long as you're near a computer, you will be able to see your chart. You can check from home, from work, from vacation (if the hotel has an internet connection), anywhere that has online availability. Continuous access also means that you can manage your health care outside the normal FMGW business cycle. Whereas before you would have to call during open hours to request a prescription refill, now you can make an online request anytime. Request an appointment anytime. Send a direct message to your doctor or a specific health care provider anytime.

Access to your new EMR chart means more than round-the-clock availability too. In combination with Quest Diagnostics Incorporated, you will now be able to view your labs online. No more waiting. Furthermore, patients who track their blood pressure will now be able to do so online. Your EMR chart will visually graph your plotted results with user-friendly ease. This method can also be further applied to tracking blood sugars and weight as well.

Patients who wish to sign up for these electronic benefits will have secure online access to an Electronic Medical Record. For $6.50 a month per individual, $10 a month per couple, or $15 a month per family, you will be given a log in name to an account and password, and you will have access to your EMR chart 24/7.
